There was brilliant weather. Both fleets wore illuminated on Saturday evening. A great reception was held at the Hotel de Ville. Paris. Receivod 9.20 p.m., July 17. London. July 17.
Admiral May, in a letter to M. Thomson, thanked Franco far the splendid reception, proving that the ontento was roa.. He was conviuood that tha interests of the Nations were identical. Hs hoped that the friendship was permanent.
