Queen Alexandra, who had ocoaeion at Coronation time to givo the Home 1,15,000, now presenfcod another £3OOO, giving a similar amount to the Soldiers and Sailors’ Families Association. The money was bequeathed to Queen Alexandra by Mr Lear, a Liverpool gentleman.
