I A motion to amond the rule providing- | for disqualification for neglect to pay to tho accident fund was withdrawn. Mr Samuels gave notice to movo at tho next Conference that Rule 84 be altered so as to subjeot every bookmaker to similar disabilities as thoße whioh affect paid officials of clubs.
Mr Stead gave notice of motion for next Conference that a system of raoeoourse polioe be initiated, each police to visit tho various meetings, and the cost to be levied pro rata on totalisator returns. I Sir George Clifford was re-eleotod chairman. ■
