Re tho Bisley rifle meeting, the Premier has received, the following cablegram from Major Hughes: “In yesterday’s (July 12) sweepstake, competitions Browne and Shaw, of Aucklund, each scored the possible at 500 yardal Pearson, of Timaru, and Jack, of Christchurch, made 34 and 33 respectively at 600 yards distance.” '
