MR. PERCY DENTON’S CONCERT.

The box plan for Mr Denton’s concert opened yesterday morning, and a good rntioy seats hdvn already been booked, which shows that a good deal of interest is being taken in the forthcoming concert. Miss Modolino Knight will sing that delightful Scottish ballad “Angus Mackay,” and also a new song, which will bo hoard here for the first time, “Avourneen,” written by Wilford King. Mr Dudley Trent, whose singing is always an enjoyable feature, will be heard in some of his best items from an extensive repertoire. Mr Denton will also sing Strelezhi’s beautiful ballad “ Dreams,” to which Mr Masßey will play a violin cbligato. Mr Trank Kennedy, who Is always welcome, will give one of his amusing melanges. The City Band and Club orchestra will contribute to the enjoyment of the evening with some of their choicest selections. Mr Denton’s impersonation of tho Premier will prove highly diverting, and be a rolievi ing bit of comedy. Taking it altogether, a -very One programme is promised,
