SERIOUS DISTURBANCE.
OBSTRUCTING AND ASSAULTING POLICE.. TEN MEN ARRESTED. (Esc Psresa iAESopjaU.oa.l Christchurch, last night. A serious disturbance ocourred in town about half-past eight last night, as a result of which ten men were arrested on a oharge of obstructing or assaulting the police, or inciting others to do so. A constable was arresting a man for using obscQQß language, when & crowd numbering about 3000 interfered.
