COOLLY DIVIDE THE WORLD’S TRADE.

The Times states that steel rail manufacturers in the United States and Europe have agreed to mutually divide the world's trade, giving each country the prior right to supply some market without competition, also to own colonies up to certain quotes. Stipulations are made minimising competition elsewhere.
