APPEAL COURT.

•(Per Press SißSOoiatioii.)' Wellington, yesterday. The Appeal Court to-day is hearing the ORse of Warner’s, Limited, v. the Lyttelton Times Company, Limited, an action in which the proprietors of Warner’s Hotel, Christchurch, seek damages and an injunction from the newspaper company for an alleged nuisance caused by printing machinery. The action was beard by Judge Denniston, who gave certain findings of fact, and the master was then removed by consent into the Court of Appeal for argument. The case is being heard by the Chief Justice and Judges Williams, Edwards, Cooper, and Chap-, ' man. Messrs Stringer, Bruges, and Alpersl• appear for plaintiffs, and Messrs George Harper and Hoaking for defendants.
