Herr Kimeri, a Socialist member of tho Reichstag, has been . sentenced to three months’ imprisonment for delivering a speech at Halle declaring that the German East Asiatic Brigade during the Boxer troubles devastated the land, plundered, and violated women. Membors of the Brigade testified that soldiers were pillaging and desecrating graves and temples, and outraging women, the officers hooting. OUTRAGES JUSTIFIED.
