APPEAL COURT.

The Appeal Court began this morning, There are only sis eases on the list, two ol them appeal cases and the rest e.tbei points reserved or case 3 removed by con. sent.
The Court dismissed the motion to review an order as to costs in the Ring v. Joyce at the last sitting of the G'sborne Supreme Court, on the gronDds thrt plaintiff had sccepted the order made at the time, and had since appealed to the Privy Council.
