jVJOTICE is hereby given that the Waikohu Boad District Board proposes to raise a Doan under “The Decal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for the purpose of erecting a cart bridge across the Waipaoa river, at the Kanaekacae crossing. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £SOOO. - The security to be given is a Special Bate of One-fith cf a Penny in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within a Special District as hereinafter defined, for a period of 41 years. The rate of interest to be 4 per cent, per annum. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan and the interest for one year out of the loan moneys. A. Meeting of the Katepayers within this Special Distriot will be held at the Boad Board Office, Te Earuka, on SATUBDAY, July 22, at 2 pm. The Chairman of the Board will preside. BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICT.
