jVJOTICE is hereby given that the Waikohu Boad District Board proposes to raise a Doan under “The Decal Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” for the purpose of erecting a cart bridge across the Waipaoa river, at the Kanaekacae crossing. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £SOOO. - The security to be given is a Special Bate of One-fith cf a Penny in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property comprised within a Special District as hereinafter defined, for a period of 41 years. The rate of interest to be 4 per cent, per annum. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan and the interest for one year out of the loan moneys. A.
