ARBITRATION COURT
(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, last night,
Thß Arbitration Court this morning awarded .£250 compensation against W. B. Lyttelton, of Bakaia, Bbeepfarmer, in consequence of the death by accident of a ploughman while in respondent's employ. Application for enforcement against the Kaiapoi Woollen Company for trying on chart order garments, alleged to bo oontrary to the tailors’ award, was dismissed. The hearing of the iron and brass mouldors’ dispute was continued. After aomo evidence had been given by the employers, tbo Court adjourned for a fortnight.
