REDUCTION OF FREIGHTS,
Mr R. G. Hallamore, manager of the lew Zealand Shipping Company, advises a that the rate of freight on wool has een reduced from £d to §d per lb, and hat a general reduction will also be made n other cargo. The Now Zealand and African Shipping Company have made a further reduction n the rate of freight from New Zealand iqrts to Bristol, Cardiff, Liverpool, Manhester and Glasgow. They now carry mtter at three-eighths of a penny per lb.
