KING OSCAR’S VETO. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 10.13 p.m. 9 June 14. Stockholm, June 14. King Oscar, in a letter to the President of the Storthing, justifies the veto in accordance with the oath dictating the welfare of the whole union. He says: 44 It remains for Sweden and me as King to decide whether Norway’s attack on the union will lead to legal dissolution.” A Ministerial circular issued forbids the consuls of Sweden Norway to communicate with the illegSl Norwegian Government.
