INCREASING MILITIA* FORCE. By Telegraph —Press Association —Copyright Received 9,22 p.m., June 13. Ottawa, June 13. Sir Frederick Borden, in the Dominion House, declared that the militja was increasing yearly. It was larger to-day than ever it had been since the Fenian raid of 1870. There would be no difficulty in recruiting a permanent force. Canadians were tho best paid in the world, receiving 15 dollars a month, and a substantial increase after the first year’s service.
