CAMP FOR CONSUMPTIVES
HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF CURES IN THE WORLD.
(Per Press 'Association-)' Christchuroh, Saturday. The report submitted at the annual meeting in connection with Nurse Maude’s camp for consumptives shows that private subscriptions amounted to £722 19s 2d during the year, while £323 7s 7d received from collections made by unions, bands, concerts, etc. The camp has accommodation for 20 patients. Since the formation of the camp in April, 1904, 63 patients have been admitte.d, of whom 25 j have been discharged cured. A credit of £l3l Is 4d is in hand.
