j The fourth annual ball under tho auspieos of the East Coast Mounted Rifles is to be held in His Majesty’s Theatre tonight. It is being anticipated with a great I deal of interest, and thero is every promise of it being the most successful gathering of the kind held in connection with the MouDtod Rifles, whose social fixtures have always been an unqualified success. The hon. secretary is Sergeant-Major O. Hellier Evans, and the arrangements are now complete.
