Oaptait Goornes reported that the scow left Man rangi on Monday week. On the seoonc day out the vessel had to shelter undei Meroury Island for two days. Resuming ‘ the voyage on Thursday, the Bravo was foroed to run into Mercury Bay, where she lay until Saturday. The scow rounded East Cape on Saturday morning, and encountered the full foroe of tbo heavy I southerly, causing her to make for Tolago Bay, where she lay until Monday morning. Haupiri arrives from papier this morning, and sails for 4 East Coast ports and Auckland at 8 a.m. •r The schooner Awanui arrived from Napier yesterday morning, and was berthed at the wharf at 5 o’clock last evening. The " vessel left Napier at 2 o’clook on Monday afternoon. The cargo consists of 55,0G0ft timber for various consignees, two truck loads of house blooks, 27 doors, and sundries. The auxiliary schooner Waiapu sails for East Coast ports to-day. y. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion steamer Waiw ra, now loading in the South for London, is to proceed from Lyttelton to Timarn, Gisborne, Napier, Lyttelton, and thence to Wellington, from whioh port she ■ is to sail for London on June 22nd.
