By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyflgh Received 5.25 p.m., May 31. London, May 30. It is officially announced at Tokio that Admirals Roshdestvensky and Folkersham have been taken prisoners. All the battleships were sunk except the Orel and Niekolai, which were captured.
