SOME CHOICE TOWN AND SUB URBAN PROPERTIES.
An important land sale will bo held at [ noon to-day by Mossrs Williams and Kettle in conjunction with Mr T. G. Lawless. A number of choice town and suburban properties will bo offered on most reasonable terms. The town lots include twenty-three choice building sites in Gladstone and Desmond roads. These sections ate situated an the line of bus service, and should elicit- keen competition. Desmond road runs alongside Mr Partington’s proj. perty, and will be formod and metalled by the vendor. Investors having a preference for Kaiti can have a choice of a number of sections in the Mildura township, which is just a mile and a quarter from the post office. Since December twenty-five of these allotments have beon disposed of, and advantage should bo taken of to-day's salo to purchase the remaining lots. Five sections in tho Panapa township, Whataupoko, will also be offered. This property is just oufsifle the borough houndary, three of the seotions having frontage to Clifford street and two to Ormond road. A prospective business site at tho corner of Ormond road and McLean street, Whataupoko, should be keenly competed for. Sections in Victoria township and Palmer ston road are alsG on the list, as well as several choice properties at To Karaka. Four acres, part of Nelson Bros.’ fattening paddock, will be offered in ono lot, and being a corner should demand attention.
