(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. The Premier loaves in the morning for a tour of Central Otago. He speaks tomorrow night at Naseby, Saturday at Ophir. on Monday at Eoxburgb, on Tuesday at Lawrence, and on Wednesday at Kaitaogata. The tonr is likely to be a cold I one. Tho ice at Boughridge is now thick I enough for curling, and the Premier visits J the gond on Saturday.
