Ho thanked all who had assisted. Colonel Pitt heartily congratulated those in charge of tho institution on its success. Ho alluded to the difficulties experienced in establishing the same, and tho anxieties borne and * the difficulties met with, for children of all sorts of physical condition and moiral worth, or tho reverse, were sent there. Such institutions wore criticised without these difficulties being understood. A good work was being done by these institutions, and those conducting them deserved tho sympathy and support of the community. The Bev.
