THE MISSING NAME.
By Telegraph—Prese Association—CopyrighS Sydney, May 24. _ Before the Lands Commission Willis declined to givo tbo name of the man who drew the bill which included Bath’s commission. Ho declared ho was protecting another man, a member of the Bar. Ho did not think it proper to drag his name before the public and injure bis credit. He consented to write the name, and handed it to Jndge Owen.
