SLATTERY’S FALL.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 10.30 p.m., May 24. Sydney, May 24. The Full Court struck the name of T. M. Slattery off the roll of solictiors. Mr Justice Owen said he understood an appeal against Slattery’s conviction was going to be made to the High Court, but he could not see that it would affect tho deoision, because there was sufficient undisputed evidence outside tket whereon the proposed appeal was made to show that Slattery was not a fit and proper person to remain a solicitor of the Court.
