London, May 23. At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of New South Wales the net profits were shown to be £132,800. A dividend of 10 per cent per annum was declared. Thirty thousand pounds were added to the reserve, £S OOO to the officers’ provident fund, and £16,270 was carried forward. The chairman said the large all round inorpaso of deposits could be ascribed to the improved condition of the various producing industries. The outlook was promising. Ihe reserve fund was now £1,400,000. Mr G. K. McKollar was elected director in place of Mr K. M. Faithful], who has resigned.
