THE PREMIER.

(Per.s Press ’Association.) Christchurch, last night. The Premier spent an hour or so at Addmgton with his daughter, Mrs Bean before leaving to-day for Dunedin. Mr Seddon stated to an interviewer that there were a dozen places in Otago at which ho had been asked to speak, but it would depend on his health and the weather Whether he would be able to do so. Asked regarding the possibilities of tho gonoral elections being held earlier in tho year than usual, Mr Seddon said that so far ho had no evidence that mombors were anxious to moot their constituents at an earlier date than usual. Regarding his address in this city, the Premier said no fixture had yet been made. Mr Seddon expects to bo a week in Otago.
