The evidence I was to the effect that the man, who was in very weak health, left Pipiriki’by steams?, j intending to get medical advice in Wani . was B °*>er when he left Pipiriki, but it is alleged collapsed through drink during tho voyage, and was allowed o remain exposed to tho weather until the I vessel arrived. Then he was taken in an unconscious condition to the hospital, whore he died. The evidence of the crew and medical men have yet to be taken.
