I At tho inquest upon the body of Mrs A. I Howey Walker, who died while undergoing an operation, it was stated that the ! post mortem showed that deceased had a weak heart. This, said tho dootors, could not have been discovered externally. A vordiot was returned that deooased died from heart failure caused by chloroform, uo blame being attachable to anyone.

The servioe in the afternoon is speoially for those who may not bo ablo to come in the morning or evening. As a preaohar and a lecturer perhaps no one is bet'.er known in New Zealand than Dr Gibb, and as this is tho first time Le has visited Gisborne no doubt large crowds will coma out to hear him.
