, _ London, May 12. Unioniste havo been informed that at the Conference it was resolved to close the ranks os far as possible to keep the Government in office until the war has been concluded.
In the House of Commons Mr Balfour, la reply to questions, said that ho did not consider the exclusion of alien lunatics and other undesirables as a branch of the fiscal question.
