(Her- Press Association.) Dunedin, last night. The directors of the Trustees, Executors and Agency Co. report the profits for the year at £4763. The directors recommend a dividend of 6 per cent, (making 10 per cent, for the year), a bonus of 5 per cent., and carrying £2250 to the reserve. There was written off furniture £l5O, and the balanoe carried forward. £1192 of tho profit was due to exceptional oircumstanoss, which cannot be readily expected to reour.
