In Chambers yesterday morning an Application was made before Mr Justice Edwards for an order for taxation in connection with a bill of costs, DeLautonr and Cysnor v, the Assets Company. The order was made by consent.—ln the matter of W. D. LysDar v. Emma Mary Dunlop, a motion for removal of the action into the Supreme Court, the motion was adjourned o bo heard in Auckland, applicant to file . fßdavits by Thursday next in office hourß. A native named Abipene Paaka, alias Bangi Eere, was bronght before Mr Baron, S.M., at the Police Court yesterday, on a oharge of stealing a bay pony, and pleaded guilty. He was sentenced to be imprisoned in the Napier gaol for three calendar months. ■: ■
