(Em Press Association.) A*, Dunedin, last night. At St. Hilda, in the Counoil to-nighi, Councillor F. S. Culling handed over to tho Mayor a 999 years’ lease at a peppercorn rental of four ond a half acres of laud in tho Borough as a recreation ground. Tho leaso was adopted so as to give tho Council the right to chaige for admission when desired. It was stated the ground was valued “t about £SOOO.
