DEATH OF A. H. NATHAN

(Pear Press Association.) ' Auckland, last night. Mr Arthur H. Nathan, merchant, died .. to day, aged 58 years. Deceased, who 'had been in business in Auckland sinoe 1880, succumbed to Bright’s disease. He occupied several public positions at varions times, including the chairmanship of the tHarbor Board and Chamber of Commerce, , and at the time of bis death was chairman of directors of the New Zealand Insurance Company and director of the Northern Steamship Company. He leaves a widow, sons, and three daughters. Deceased " was cousin and brother-in-law of Mr li. - D. Nathan, who died in London three weeks ago.
