OVERTORE FROM ANGLICAN CHURCH. -{Per Press Association.)Dunedin, last nignt. The Primate end Dean Fitcbett waited on General Booth yesterday. After expressions of 'regard the Primate said that ho hoped in future some basis of alliance in the nature of a" concordat might bo arranged with the Anglioan communion in New Zealand. General Booth said for years he had desired to do something towards effecting oloser ' union between all sections of the Christian Church, and he was highly gratified by the approaches of the Primate. He would prayerfully consider the 'whole matter on the basis of leaving the Armv free to carry on its work according 4o its principles and methods. The interview closed with prayer.
