He declares that Parliamentary interference is necessary, since the Free Chureh is unable to adequately execute ' trusts. Tho committee recommends that the whole of tho funds of property in dispute be vested in a commission, with an administering executive’s powers. Where the Free Church is unable to execute, the trust’s funds and property be transferred I to the Cniteds, with liberal provision I equivalent to the Free Church. Appar- I ently the report satisfies the Uniteds. I
