King Alfonso has again got into trouble over his passion for driving in automobiles at great speed. Tho local Mayor of one of the districts of Madrid has sent to his chief, the Mayor of Madrid, a formal , complaint accusing His Majesty of driving his car at a far higher speed than the maximum allowed by the city by-laws. The public are ourious to know how the Mayor of Mndrid will act.
