St. Petersburg, April 34. An Imperial rescript addressed i-u M. Goromykine, ox-Ministor of the Interior, creates a special commission to discuss the question of laud tenure with tbo view of improving the condition of peasants. The Czar concurs with M. PobicdonosteiTs opinion that the time is inopportune to procoed with tho Holy Synod’s scheme of Church reforms.
