FOUND DROWNED.

(Per* Press Association.) Thames, last night. The body of Samuel ParkinsoD, aged about 50, was found on the beaoh at Waiomo, near Thames, this afternoon. About a fortnight ago Parkinson secured a passage to Auckland on a scow. He was then suffering from the effects of drink. Daring the night he disappeared. His clothes were found on deck. He was married, but the whereabouts of his wife are unknown.
