OPINIONS ON THE NAVAL ASPECT
BATTLE UNLIKELY FOR THREE WEEKS.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrighi
Received 11.46 p.m,, April 10. London, April 10. The Times says that Admiral Togo’s policy is to lure Admiral Roshdesfvensky until within hail of a Japanese base. English experts consider that Admiral Roshdestvensky is following Admiral Folkersahm’s fleet since they are unlikely to divide forces.
Some consider the Pescadores to be Admiral Togo’s headquarters. Russian experts consider that the fleet must now proceed to Vladivostock. Any attempt to remain at Saigon would cause' a serious complication.
It is thought a battle is unlikely for three weeks, and that then it will.be off the Japanese coast.
