Tho annual mooting of tho Hum Football Olub was hold in tho Masonio Hotel on Saturday ovoning, and was largely attondod. Mr J. Wouohop was in tho chair. OwiDg to tho absonoe of tho score tary and treasurer no report was submitted, , Tho following new members were eleoted : Messrs Thaxter, Skoet, Gibson (8), Peter, Hira-Paongo, Blair, Lasker, Parker-Turoi, Bussell, Simson, Thompson, *Bewai, Tait, Bowe, Hardy, McConnell, Hamilton, Bobinson, Third, Dines (2), Osborne, Maunsoll, Jeffrys, Evans, Porry, and King. Tho election of officers resulted as follows :—President, Mr A. W: Boos ; vieopresidonts, Messrs A. Dewing, E. Young, H. D. Evans, F. Parker, H. Lysnar, W. B. Common, W. D. Lysnar, F. j A letter was read from the Kaiti City I Club re Eeforoo’a Association. The meetI ing decided to give the subjeot their hearty I support, and it was resolved that the [ names of Messrs A. W. Keos, W. D. S. I MoOredie, W. A. J. Gibson and J. Wauohop be forwarded to the Eugby Union as referees. The question of playing third grade matches was also favorably dicussed. It was decided' to apply to the Eugby Union for permission to change the club’s jersey to narrow hoops. The opening day was fixed for Saturday next.
