Wellington, last night. The following team has been selected to represent New Zealand atßisley : —Ching, Milroy and Irvine (Nelson), G. Hawthorne (Wellington), Drummond (Dannevirke), Jack (Christchurch 1, Craw (Chorlvirke), Wilkie (Upper Hut), Martin (Timaru), P. Brown (Waihi), W. Loveday (Muuriceville), McKenzie (Oamaru). The above may bo subjeot to a slight alteration, but Colonel Collins hopes to get the whole j away. Among those who would have been chosen, but were unable to get away, were: H. Hawthorne and A. Ballinger (Wellington), G. Hyde and A. B. J. King (Opaki), Sanford (Christchurch), and Smaill (Kaitangata). As ’mentioned yesterday, Colonel Collins is unable to accompany the team owing to his official I duties, and Major Bobert Hughes, of Wanganui, goes in charge. I
