TEACHERS’ COMPLAINTS.

Wellington, last night. The Wellington Education Board to- | day decided, to appoint a third inspector. The Chairman said he hoped the time

would come when the Board would be able to employ, in addition to the ordinary staff, a number of specialists as visiting masters, who would travel around the
