WAIKOHU BOAB DISTRICT. is hereby given that the WaiJLrl knhu Bead Board proposes to build a Cart Bridge across the Waipaoa Biver, at Te Karaka, near Section WbaHiri No. 2. It is proposed to borrow £SOOO from the atovernraent for that purpose. It is proposed to pledge as seourity for the payment of interest on that loan, a Special Bate of Five-sixteenths of a Penny in the £ on the rateable valuation of all rateable property in a Special District, as defined in the Sohedule hereto, for a period of 32 years; the rata of interest to be 4J per cent.
