SHORTAGE OE AREA. [ (Per Press Association.) I Wellington, last night. I The Court of Appeal this afternoon I heard the case of Ring against the Regis-trar-General of Laud, to recover from the Land Transfer Assurance Fund damages I for a large error of, acreage in a certificate of title to land in the.Povorty Bay Band District, the Crown having bought at a price per aoro, and after the completion of purchase the error was discovered, the amount olaimed being 122073 7s 2d. On the completion of argument the Court reserved judgment, aDd adjourned till 10,30 a.m. on Monday, the 27th.
