(Per Press Association.) Auckland, last night. Tho roport of Mr Hay (Duoodin) aia Mr Ferguson (Wellington) on tho Auclland harbor improvement soheme wa presented to-day. It is generally favorably to, the proposals of Mr Hamer (Boards engineer), but a few modifications aro suggested. Consideration was deferred by the Harbor Board.
