These) conditions provide that the manu-' facturer of manure intended for New Zealand must apply to.ithe Inspector!, acting for New: Zealand before commencing to manufacture for a li- i cense, whiob may. b Q ‘ granted on the Inspectors being satisfied as to, ‘a suitable separate building • and inaohinery. v Before commencing ’or resuming manufacture of manure for . export to New; Zealand seven clear days notice must be given by the licensee to the Inspector.
