LICENSING CASES.
(Per Press Association.) Ashburton, last night. ! The Magistrate, Mr Wray, after a week’s deliberation, dismissed the case against Julia HylaDd for alleged keeping and exposing liquor for sale. Tho case against E. J. Smith, hotelkeeper, Bangitata, for failing to comply with the Licensing Act by giving notioe of having seDt liquor into a no-license district, was dismissed.
