CONDITIONS. 1. Horses entering fkr District Race to have been in the District, and the bopia fide property of residents, for at least three months previous to Races, 2. In the event of a District Horse winning Race 2, such hkrse to carry penalty, of 7lb in District Race. 3. The Handieapper shall have the power- to re-handicap horses after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. Jockeys rijding in races to wear colors. Protests to he lodged with the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the disputed event, and accompanied by, a deposit of £2. Such deposit to he forfeited should the protest not be sustained.

Nominations for Races 2,3, and d, together with the name, age, pedigree, and performances of horse and colors of rider, to he in the hands of the Secretary on or before March 4th. Weights declared 13th March ; acceptances, March 18th. I Entries, etc., by telegram, must be confirmed in writing at the earliest opportunity under a penalty, not exceeding £lO (vide Rule 45.) No Nominations or Acceptances will be entertained unless accompanied by necessary fees.
