CONDITIONS. 1. Horses entering fkr District Race to have been in the District, and the bopia fide property of residents, for at least three months previous to Races, 2. In the event of a District Horse winning Race 2, such hkrse to carry penalty, of 7lb in District Race. 3. The Handieapper shall have the power- to re-handicap horses after the declaration of weights and throughout the meeting. Jockeys rijding in races to wear colors.
