FUNERAL OF LATE MR FISHER (Per Press Association.) Wellington, last night. Tho funeral of'tbo late Goorge Fisher, M.H R , took place to-day, the interment being made. at Bolton Stroet cemetery, where deceasod’s body was placed beside that of his mother. The cortege from the mortuary obapel at the hospital to the oily was over half a mils in length, the mourners including Sir Joseph . Ward, Colonel Pitt, Hon. W. Hall Jones, oity and district members of Parliament, city councillors, business men, labor delegates, bankers, fishormen, wharf laborers, officers of public departments, lawyers—in fact, representatives of all olaeses in the community joinod in the last tribute to the deceased.
