B „ Blenheim, last night. Tha Supreme Court eat to-day, Judge Denmston presiding. The threw out a charge of indecent assault at Mahakipawa, and a charge of breaking and entering at Pioton, The commentary found John Barry not guilty of stealing a bicycle at Blenheim. In the Divorce Court application was made by Elizabeth Mackersey to annul her marriage with William Mackersey, a farmer in the district Petitioner gave evidence that as a widow named Bothwell in April, 1893,8 he married Mackersey to the belief that his first wife had been drowned, but six years ago she heard that the other woman was still alive. She was not able to prove the alibi until about three months ago. The first wife who was brought .from Masterton, gave’ evidence, and identified Mackersey. Respondent did not give evidence, and tho application was granted. The Judge reserved bis decision in the case of Elizabeth Burlace v. J. B. Burlace, wife’s petition,on the ground of desertion. Two other divorce cases will be taken to-morrow,
